“Peak Productivity” is a great outline for any good business. I appreciate that you took the time to put it all together so well.
The only reason it caught my attention is because my brother-in-law is an elementary school teacher in Texas, aiming toward administration. I’m going to pass this along to him.
I especially liked your bullets:
- paper belongs in folders
- tasks should be out of your head and on a list
- phone #s should be on the contact list where they belong
- and a clean, clear desk
You read my mind!
